BreakBlock BTC/USD H1 📊

BreakBlock Bot is an automated execution tool designed to operate on the price structure of BTC on the 1-hour (H1) timeframe. 🔍 Its internal logic is based on the identification of consolidation blocks and pivot levels. The algorithm passively monitors the market until it validates a confirmed breakout of these structural levels, at which point it executes the entry. ⚡

The system is not predictive, but reactive: it waits for confirmation from the candle close to validate that the price structure has been broken with intent.

⚙️ Mechanics of Operation

1. Internal Structure Calculation: The bot processes the price history to internally calculate "boxes" or pressure zones (relevant highs and lows) based on recent volatility. 📏 Although these zones are calculated mathematically in the background, they act as logical triggers.
2. Breakout Validation: The algorithm ignores wicks or momentary violations. 🔥 It only acts if it detects a confirmed candle close above or below the calculated structural levels.
3. Position Rotation: The system is designed to always be in favor of the most recent breakout. 🔄 If the bot detects a new valid breakout in the opposite direction of an existing trade, it will immediately close the previous position and open the new one (reversal system).

Risk and Capital Management

The algorithm prioritizes capital preservation through a strict mathematical calculation before each trade:

• Dynamic Lot Calculation: It does not use a fixed lot size. Before launching an order, the bot measures the exact distance in pips to the Stop Loss and calculates the volume needed so that, in case of a loss, only the predefined percentage of the balance is risked (e.g., 2.5%).
• Risk/Reward Ratio: Trades are born with a defined asymmetric structure, aiming for a profit target (Take Profit) greater than the assumed risk (Stop Loss), ensuring a positive mathematical expectation in each attempt.

🎯 Exit and Trade Management

The bot manages exits in three exclusive ways:

1. Stop Loss (Protection): Closure due to structure invalidation.
2. TP (Objective): Closure upon reaching the profit target. 🎯
3. Opposite Signal: Forced closure if the market structure changes drastically before hitting the TP or SL.

📝 Technical Note: This algorithm does not include post-entry dynamic management functions, such as BreakEven (moving the stop to entry price) or Trailing Stop. Once the order is in the market, the stop loss and take profit remain fixed unless a reversal signal occurs.
