Market structure is the sequence of swing highs and lows; a BOS breaks the latest swing in the trend's direction, while a CHoCH is the first break against it. The first hints at continuation, and the second, short for change of character, flags a possible reversal.
Swings are confirmed only after a set number of later bars, so labels appear late, and some tools shift a provisional swing when a new extreme forms. Whether breaks are judged on candle closes or on wicks also changes how many labels appear.

Yes, scrolling through older data on different pairs and timeframes shows how often breaks led to follow-through and how often labels shifted afterward. Free and trial versions make that check possible without paying first, and the seller's terms are on the product page.
