No. Indicators calculate values and draw lines, markers or panels, and some raise alerts, but none of them can send an order. Any trade you place after reading one is your own decision, and its outcome, including any loss, is yours as well.
Load it onto a chart in the desktop app, Windows or Mac, then scroll back through history and try several symbols and periods, as the Help Centre suggests. Note where its signals appeared, then watch live bars to see whether earlier marks stay fixed or shift, which would reveal repainting.

Usually the lookback period, the price source and any threshold or level lines, which together decide how sensitive the output is. Display options such as colours, line styles and whether it sits on the price chart or in its own panel can be changed at any time from its properties.
